Welcome to Good Head Hair Studio We all deserve to have a GOOD HEAD of hair on our shoulders. Health and integrity of the hair will always be first priority. **PLEASE READ THE POLICIES** A new client questionnaire will be sent to all new clients and must be returned prior to the day of the appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period, afterwards a $15 late fee will incur. If you are 30-minutes late - your appointment will be canceled. Please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 30% fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and banned from booking. Forms of payment are Zelle,Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, all major credit cards. All services that require a deposit, will be applied to the total of the service. Deposits are non-refundable. If you are receiving a color service: a strand test may be conducted prior to the start of your service. No extra guests unless they are being serviced.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
